About the Event
We are a team of researchers from Simon Fraser University’s School of Resource and Environmental Management and Beedie School of Business. We are collaborating on a research project to seek food and agricultural stakeholders in southern BC to explore innovative solutions to address farm surpluses and culls to improve the environment and the economy.
We invite you to participate in a networking and farm waste solutions focus group to explore collaborative solutions to the issue of farm waste and culls. With your participation through this event, we plan to identify potential solutions to be published in a report and a journal article. Given the partnership across SFU departments and related networks, ideas may also be pitched for further testing!
